Terms of Use

1. Who we are

www.cosmion.ai (the "website") is operated by Coherence Limited, a company registered in the Republic of Cyprus under registration number HE 490848, with registered office at 195 Arch. Makariou III, 3030 Limassol, Cyprus ("Coherence", "we", "us"). Cosmion is a product of Coherence. Contact: office@coherenceltd.com.

2. These terms

These terms apply to your use of the website. By using it you accept them; if you do not accept them, please do not use the website. They do not cover the use of Cosmion itself, which will be governed by its own terms when it is made available to you.

3. What this website is

The website presents Cosmion and is provided for general information only. Nothing on it is an offer to sell or license Cosmion, a commitment to make any feature available, or legal, financial or other professional advice.

Cosmion is under active development. Features, availability, platforms and timing may change, and not everything shown may be available in every country or at launch.

4. Demonstrations, animations and forward-looking statements

Animations, simulations, visualisations and demonstrations on the website illustrate what Cosmion does and is designed to do. Some are stylised, simplified, sped up or composed for presentation, and they may not show the product exactly as delivered.

Statements about our vision, plans and future capabilities reflect our current intentions. They are not guarantees, and actual results may differ.

5. Our intellectual property

The website and everything on it belong to Coherence or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trade mark, database and other intellectual property laws. That includes:

• the name Cosmion, the Cosmion logo and other names, logos and brand features of Cosmion and Coherence (the "Cosmion marks");
• text, graphics, illustrations, photographs, video, sound and music;
• animations, motion design, interactive scenes, visual effects, shaders, 3D models and textures;
• the website's software, including its source and compiled code, scripts and shader programs, even though your browser receives and runs them;
• the website's design, layout, look and feel, and the selection and arrangement of its content.

Third-party components are used under their own licences, listed in our Legal notice. Those licences, not these terms, govern your use of those components.

These terms give you no right or licence in any of this except the limited permission in section 6.

6. What you may do

You may:

• view the website and let your browser make the temporary copies it needs to display it;
• save or print individual pages for your own reference, or to evaluate Cosmion for yourself or your organisation;
• share links to the website;
• quote short passages of text with attribution to Cosmion, for example in news reporting, reviews or commentary;
• refer to Cosmion by name as described in The Cosmion name and brand.

7. What you may not do

Except where we have agreed otherwise in writing, or where the law expressly allows it and the right cannot be excluded by agreement, you may not:

1. copy, reproduce, record, adapt, translate, modify, publish, distribute or create derivative works from the website or its content, including its animations, motion design, shaders, 3D assets, visual effects, code or design;
2. extract or reuse the website's code, shaders, models, textures, audio or video, whether by downloading them, inspecting the page, intercepting network traffic or any other means;
3. decompile, disassemble or reverse engineer the website's software;
4. frame or mirror the website, or present its content as part of another website or product;
5. use the Cosmion marks, or anything confusingly similar, in a way that suggests that Coherence sponsors, endorses or is connected with you, your product or your content;
6. scrape, crawl or harvest the website by automated means, except search engines indexing it in line with our robots.txt;
7. interfere with the website's operation or security, probe or test its vulnerabilities, or place an unreasonable load on it;
8. use the website in breach of any law, or to infringe anyone's rights.

Nothing in these terms limits what you may do under exceptions that the law grants you, such as quotation for criticism or review, or the acts the EU Software Directive allows the lawful user of a program.

8. Links to other websites

The website may link to websites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices. A link is not an endorsement.

9. Availability and changes

We may change, suspend or withdraw the website or any part of it at any time. We do not guarantee that it will be available, uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful code, or that it will run on every device or browser. The website uses animation and graphics-intensive effects; it follows your device's reduced-motion setting where your browser provides one.

10. No warranties

We try to keep the website accurate and up to date, but we provide it "as is". To the extent the law allows, we make no representation or warranty about the completeness, accuracy or reliability of anything on it.

11. Liability

11.1 To the extent the law allows, Coherence and its directors, officers and employees are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the website, including indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, revenue, data or goodwill. The website is free and provided for information only.

11.2 Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or wilful misconduct, or for anything else that cannot be excluded or limited by law. If you are a consumer, nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.

12. Ideas and feedback

If you send us ideas or suggestions about Cosmion or the website, we may use them freely, without any obligation to you. Please do not send us anything confidential, or anything you do not want us to use.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force is the one on this page when you use the website, and the date at the top shows when it last changed.

14. Law and courts

These terms, and any dispute or claim arising from or in connection with them or the website (including non-contractual disputes), are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. The courts of the Republic of Cyprus have exclusive jurisdiction.

If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you may bring proceedings in the courts of that country.
